At elevations of 1,300–1,900 MASL, the region's cool mountain climate and fertile soils produce a coffee with exceptional balance, sweetness, and clarity.
Roasted to a medium profile, Highland Reserve delivers comforting notes of milk chocolate and graham cracker, layered with the subtle sweetness of ripe plum. Its smooth body and gentle acidity create a clean, satisfying finish that makes it equally enjoyable as a morning pour-over, drip coffee, or espresso.
