Nestled in the rugged mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, the Guaya’b cooperative brings together smallholder farmers dedicated to sustainable cultivation and exceptional quality. Grown at elevations between 1,400–1,650 meters, these beans develop a remarkable sweetness and depth, nurtured by fertile soil and cool mountain air.

This medium/dark roast reveals a cup that is both comforting and refined. Expect notes of milk chocolate and caramel, balanced by hints of dried fruit and carried on a smooth, silky body. It’s a harmonious coffee that highlights Huehuetenango’s reputation for producing some of Guatemala’s most distinctive coffees.
